Turkey sandwich with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 TEASPOON coarse mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON mayonnaise
  • 10 g Salad mix (e.g. Baby Leaf)
  • 5 g Broccoli sprouts
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 discs Wholemeal mixed bread with sesame (à approx. 20 g)
  • 2 discs smoked turkey breast (à approx. 15 g)

Directions

    Mix mustard and mayonnaise. Sort the salad, wash and drain. Wash and drain the sprouts. Wash, clean and slice the tomato. Peel and slice the onion

    Spread slices of bread with the mustard mixture, top with lettuce, tomatoes, turkey breast, onions and sprouts. Cover with the 2nd slice. Taco-Chips taste good with it
