Ingredients

  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 7-10 Tbsp (to boil; for 1/2 l milk)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 80 g Dark chocolate
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 4-6 Tbsp Egg liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chocolate rolls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Clear film

Directions

    Mix pudding powder, sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in the pudding powder, bring to the boil again and simmer for about 1 minute while stirring. Let it cool down, cover with foil or stir several times to prevent skin formation

    Finely chop the chocolate. Whip cream until stiff. Fold the chocolate, 2 tbsp. advocaat and half the cream into the pudding. Pour the men's cream into glasses. Pour the rest of the cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and pour it onto the cream as tuffs. Drizzle the rest of the eggnog over the cream. Decorate with chocolate rolls if desired

    The chocolate can be chopped more easily if you let it cool down well in the fridge

    If you would like to serve the men's cream in the classic way, you can replace the advocaat with sherry and stir the entire quantity into the pudding
