Sausage raft with paprika sail, served with a colourful pasta-beach salad

Ingredients

  • 200 g Noodles (e.g. fork spaghetti)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 1 large red and yellow pepper
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Vegetable corn
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Salad cream (16 % fat)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 packages (each 200 g = 8 pieces) Rostbratwurst Franconian style
  • 4 sheets Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Defrost the peas. Halve, clean and wash the peppers. Cut the halves into approx. 5 cm wide strips. For the sails, cut off the tips.

    Cut out 8 yellow and 8 red fish from each strip. Dice the rest finely. Drain the corn. Mix yoghurt and salad cream, season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix noodles, corn, peas, paprika cubes and salad dressing and let it soak through. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the sausages all around for about 5 minutes. Put 4 sausages together to form a raft. Put the pepper sails on wooden skewers. Put 1 parsley leaf on each raft as a flag.
