Strawberries with yoghurt cream

Ingredients

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 2 heaped Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 450-500 g whole milk yoghurt or
  • 7-10 Tbsp clotted cream
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 200 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Wash, drain and clean the strawberries. Cut 1/3 of the fruits into pieces, with 1 go. Puree tbsp. sugar and lemon juice. Halve or quarter the remaining strawberries. Leave to stand briefly with the remaining sugar.

    Mix yoghurt and vanillin sugar. Whip cream until stiff and fold in. Add strawberry puree e.g. with a dough scraper as streaks to the cream. Spread the strawberries on top
