Apple cream pudding

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 1.5 kg Apples
  • 1/8 l apple juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 5-7 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla"
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon-sugar and mint

Directions

    Peel, core and cut apples into pieces. Simmer with apple and lemon juice, 3-4 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon stick for about 5 minutes. Then let it cool down and remove cinnamon

    Stir pudding powder, 2-3 tbsp. sugar and 6 tbsp. milk until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in pudding powder and simmer for about 1 minute. Let it cool down, stir more often

    Whip the cream until stiff. Stir the pudding again, fold in the cream loosely. Spread on the compote. Decorate with cinnamon sugar and mint
