Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Stir cornflour and 2 tablespoons of juice until smooth. Boil up the rest of the juice. Add the starch and bring to the boil again while stirring. Let the juice cool down. In the meantime mix mascarpone, vanilla sugar and yoghurt.
Peel kiwis, cut them in half lengthwise and slice them. Drain the peaches and cut into slices. Arrange kiwis, peaches, cherries and mascarpone cream on plates. Drizzle with cherry juice. Sprinkle with chocolate rolls
