  • 1.1 kg Sour cherries
  • 1 (25 g) Bag
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Gelfix Super 3:1"
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Amaretto liqueur
  • 2-3 Drop
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bitter Almond Flavour

Directions

    Wash, stalk and stone the cherries. Weigh 1 kg. Mix Gelfix and sugar and add cherries in a large pot

    Bring to the boil while stirring over high heat. Boil for at least 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Stir in liqueur and aroma. Pour immediately into prepared glasses. Seal and let cool upside down

    Shelf life approx. 6 months
