Peel, wash and quarter the potatoes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and cut the savoy cabbage into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it at high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add onion, potatoes and savoy cabbage and fry for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Deglaze with stock and tomato juice and let it stew for 12-15 minutes at low heat. Season again and serve
