Coarsely chop the almonds and roast them in a coated pan without fat until golden brown. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and allow to caramelize slightly. Pour onto a piece of baking paper and allow to cool. Coarsely chop the cantuccini.
Mix quark with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon peel. Roughly chop the chocolate.
Arrange almonds and Cantuccini in four glasses. Spread half the cream quark on top. Then spread the chocolate and the rest of the cream quark on top. Finally add chocolate sauce to the quark. Place in the fridge until serving.
