Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 500 g big mushrooms
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 5 TABLESPOONS dry sherry
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Peel the garlic and cut into fine slices. Clean and clean the mushrooms and cut them into thick slices. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Lightly fry the garlic in it.

    Add mushrooms and braise while stirring until the liquid has evaporated. Season to taste with salt, paprika and sherry. Wash parsley, shake dry. Pluck the leaves, cut them into small pieces and sprinkle over the mushrooms before serving.
