Clean, peel and quarter the pineapple and remove the hard stalk. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Wash the strawberries, carefully dab dry, clean and cut in half
Mix fruit, sugar and raspberry syrup and layer in a clean glass. Pour rum over it so that it stands at least 1 cm above the fruits. Close the glass. Leave to stand in a cool, dark place for about 2 weeks and then store. Shelf life approx. 6 months
