Ingredients

  • 250 g Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) Cornstarch
  • 3/8 l red fruit juice
  • 3-5 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon peel
  • 400-500 g Low-fat curd
  • 125 g Sour cream or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fresh cream
  • 3-4 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp for ornament

Directions

    Sort blueberries, wash and drain well

    Stir the starch and 6 tablespoons of juice until smooth. Boil up the rest of the juice, 2-3 tbsp. sugar and lemon zest. Stir in the mixed starch and bring to the boil again. Remove lemon peel. Fold in the blueberries and let everything cool down

    Cream quark, sour cream, milk, 1-2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Fill 4 dessert bowls with the blueberries. Decorate with lemon balm if desired

    Blueberries (also known as blueberries or blueberry bushes) grow wild in the forest or are cultivated as cultivated blueberries on plantations. Season: July to September. They are rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre. Keep in the refrigerator for max. 2 days; mould easily!
