Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Edible quark (20 % fat)
  • 1 package Vanillin or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS sugar, 2-3 tablespoons rum
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp untreated lemon slices and lemon balm
  • 1 untreated lemon

    Stir curd and vanilla sugar until smooth. Season to taste with sugar and rum. Whip cream until stiff, fold in

    If necessary, line the plate with lemon slices. Arrange the quark on top. Wash the lemon, rub dry and grate. Sprinkle on top and decorate with lemon balm if desired. Add almond biscuits to taste
