Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces of about 4 cm. Onions peel, cut into slices. Wash chicken filet, dab dry, cut into 3-4 cm pieces. Put the prepared ingredients on the skewers alternately close together.
Heat the oil in a wide frying pan. Fry the skewers over medium heat for 10-12 minutes while turning. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Drizzle with ketchup all around and fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour in broth and bring to the boil. Arrange on plates.
