Strawberry Clafoutis

Ingredients

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 8 drops of baking oil lemon
  • 5-6 Tbsp Whipped cream
  • 125 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Wash the strawberries, drain well and clean. Mix strawberries, 25 g sugar and orange liqueur and let stand for about 10 minutes. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff and finally pour in 25 g sugar. Cream egg yolk, salt, remaining sugar and lemon baking oil. Stir in cream and flour.

    Then carefully fold in the beaten egg white in 2 portions. Pour the mixture into 4 ovenproof, greased baking tins and place the strawberries in the middle. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately dusted with icing sugar. You can also serve vanilla ice cream or vanilla sauce with it
