Sesame crêpes with vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 4 TSP butter/margarine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 1/2 package (250 ml) Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Chocolate sauce (from the bottle)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Put flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Stir in eggs, 1/8 l water and milk. Cover the dough and let it swell for about 20 minutes

    Heat 1/2 teaspoon fat in a small coated pan. Bake 1/8 of the dough in it at medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds, turn and bake from the second side. Keep warm

    Bake 7 more crêpes from the remaining dough little by little

    Arrange 2 crêpes on dessert plates. Use the ice-cream scoop or a tablespoon to cut 4 scoops or cams from the ice cream. Arrange on the crêpes and pour some chocolate sauce over each one. Decorate with mint. Serve immediately
