  • 20 g Almond kernels without skin
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 30 g Cranberries (glass)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 8 small slices of wholemeal bread

Directions

    Roast almonds in a pan without fat while turning, remove and chop. Stir cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in almonds and cranberries, season with lemon juice and pepper. Spread slices of bread with cream cheese spread
