Mix yoghurt and mustard. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar. Wash the dill, shake dry and chop finely, except for a little to garnish. Stir half the dill into the yoghurt sauce
Wash the cucumber and slice or cut into fine slices. Peel and finely chop the onion. Remove the skin from the sausage and dice. Wash and shake salad leaves dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces
Arrange lettuce, cucumber, sausage and onion on 4 plates and spread some yoghurt sauce on top. Sprinkle with remaining dill and garnish. Add the rest of the yoghurt sauce
The salad gets a crispy note if you fry the meat sausage cubes in a coated pan without additional fat and sprinkle warmly over the salad
