Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 big tomatoes
  • 1 tin(s) (80 g) Tuna Fillets
  • 1 small onion (e.g. red)
  • 2-3 stem(s) Basil or parsley
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Capers (glass)
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Butter
  • 8 discs Baguette
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Salad leaves

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes, quarter them and possibly remove the seeds. Dice. Drain tuna and pluck smaller. Peel onion, cut into thin rings. Wash the basil and cut the leaves finely. Mix everything with capers

    Peel garlic and chop very finely. Fry in hot butter. Roast bread in it from both sides until golden brown and take it out. Spread the tuna mixture over it. Pepper and arrange with salad
