Ingredients

  • 75-100 g Walnut kernels
  • 2 (370 ml each) Glasses of celery salad
  • 1 glass (370 ml) Carrot salad
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 medium onion
  • 300 g creamy milk yoghurt
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2 medium-sized sour apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Roughly chop the nuts. Drain salads well. Clean lamb's lettuce, wash thoroughly and also drain

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix with yoghurt and mayonnaise. Season to taste

    Wash apples and grate roughly. Mix immediately with lemon juice. Mix all the prepared ingredients with the sauce except the lamb's lettuce. Season and arrange on lamb's lettuce
