Ingredients

  • 100 g Oakleaf and picking salad
  • 8 discs Pfeffersalami (approx. 15 g)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon peel strips and corners

Directions

    Clean and wash the salad and tear it into pieces. Arrange salad with two slices of salami on plates. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar.

    Whip the oil into the mixture. Wash parsley, dab dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Add to the vinaigrette and stir in. Drizzle over the salad and serve garnished with lemon peel strips and lemon wedges
