Ingredients

  • 150 g brown cakes (e.g. Kemmsche Braune Kuchen)
  • 3-4 Tbsp Rum
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Directions

    Crumble brown cake. Drizzle with rum. Mix mascarpone, quark, milk and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Layer the mascarpone cream and cookie crumbs in a dessert bowl.

    Dust with cinnamon.
