Mascarpone cream cream with raspberries

Ingredients

  • 150 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g Low-fat curd
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 350 g frozen raspberries
  • 50 g white room warm chocolate

Directions

    Mix the mascarpone and curd with the whisk of the hand mixer until smooth. Stir in yoghurt and sugar. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the cream

    Layer raspberries and cream alternately in 4 glasses and leave to soak for about 1 hour. Remove shavings from the chocolate with a peeler and decorate the cream before serving.
