Strawberry-raspberry with vanilla

  • 600 g Strawberries
  • 500 g Raspberries
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 1 (25 g) Bag "Gelfix Extra"

    Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Select raspberries, wash if necessary. Weigh 1 kg of fruit. Carve the vanilla pod, scrape out the pulp. Mix with the vanilla pod, fruits, sugar and gelling powder in a large pot

    Bring everything to the boil while stirring and boil for at least 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Remove the pods. Immediately fill jam into prepared twist-off jars and seal. Let cool upside down
