Piquant garlic prawns

Ingredients

  • 12 cooked shrimps without head and shell
  • 7-10 Tbsp (approx. 150 g; fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS liquid honey
  • 4 TABLESPOONS apple juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 12 small cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 small romaine lettuce
  • 1 small sprig of fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Directions

    Defrost the frozen shrimps. Peel garlic cloves. Chop one finely and cut one into thin slices

    Beat the chopped garlic, honey, juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and 2-3 tbsp. oil. Wash the tomatoes, dab dry. Clean the lettuce, wash and shake dry. Remove leaves and pluck smaller if necessary

    Cut the shrimps lengthwise at the back and remove the intestines. Pluck off rosemary if necessary. Fry tomatoes and rosemary in 1 tbsp. oil hot oil for approx. 5 minutes. Add the prawns and the rest of the garlic after about 2 minutes and fry lightly. Arrange everything and sprinkle with the marinade
