  • 10 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Butter
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 200 g North Sea crab meat

Directions

    Beat the eggs and whisk lightly with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Heat butter and oil in a large frying pan, add eggs and allow to set at low to medium heat. While doing so, always push the eggs together towards the middle using a spatula. Sprinkle the scrambled eggs with prawns and serve
