School bread with tea sausage salsa

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1/2 red or yellow pepper
  • 1 Carrot
  • 30 g Gherkin
  • 100 g fine tea sausage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 2 TEASPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 4 discs (25 g each) farmhouse bread

Directions

    Pull celery threads. Clean and seed the peppers. Clean the carrot. Wash vegetables, dab dry and cut into fine cubes. Finely dice the gherkin as well. Mix vegetables and sausage.

    Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Wash the salad and dab dry. Spread slices of bread with fat. Cover each slice with 1 lettuce leaf and spread with Teewurst-Salsa. Place 1 slice of bread on each.

    Garnish with celery green and carrot if desired.
