Toast \"Hawaii\" with Kasseler

Ingredients

  • 4 discs Toast
  • 4 discs Pineapple (can)
  • 4 TSP Remoulade (glass)
  • 4 thick slices of Kasseler cold cuts
  • 4 discs Processed cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp or medieval Gouda
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley z. Garnish
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preheat the oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4). Toast bread in the toaster until golden brown. Drain the pineapple

    Spread a thin layer of remoulade on the toast. Cover with smoked pork loin, pineapple and cheese. Place them side by side on a baking tray lined with baking paper

  3. 3

    Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese has melted. Garnish with parsley
