Ingredients

  • 4 discs Tilsit cheese
  • 2 Wholemeal bread roll
  • 40 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp some cucumber slices
  • 2 Radishes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil leaves

Directions

    Cheese rind. Cut the bread roll open and butter each half. Cover lower halves with two cheese slices, some cucumber slices and radish halves. Place the upper half of the bread roll on top.

    Garnish as desired with chervil.
