Covered pretzel breadsticks

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 50 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Horseradish (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Pretzel sticks (à approx. 85 g)
  • 12 discs Leberkäse (cut by the butcher)
  • 1 (400 g) Mug of coleslaw
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Mix crème fraîche, cream cheese and horseradish. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut open the pretzel sticks. Spread the lower halves with cream. Place 3 slices of Leberkäse on each lower half of the pretzel breadstick.

    Cover with coleslaw, sprinkle with pepper and garnish with parsley leaf. Add the lye lid.
