Two kinds of meatballs in a glass

Ingredients

  • 800 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 75 g dried tomatoes in oil
  • 20 g Sesame seed
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Knead minced meat, mustard, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Pluck the mozzarella into small pieces. Drain tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Form small walnut-sized balls from the chopped mass. Press about half of the balls flat, put some mozzarella in the middle and close the balls around it.

    Fill the remaining balls with tomatoes as well.

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Remove from the pan and remove. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in 2 frying pans and fry the meatballs in each variety for approx. 6 minutes, turning them over. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls.

    Remove meatballs from the pan, turn mozzarella-filled balls in the chives, turn meatballs with tomato in sesame seeds. Pour into glasses and arrange with wooden skewers.
