Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Mix curd, butter and cream cheese with the whisk of the hand mixer to a creamy mixture. Stir in onion and garlic. Season well with 1 1/2 tsp paprika, pepper and salt.
Put the bung cheese in a cool place for about 1 1/2 hours. Cut the flat cake open and spread with bung cheese. Dust with paprika. Add the remaining Spundekäs in a small bowl
