Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 6 Eggs (size M)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 20 g Butter or margarine

Directions

    Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Whisk eggs, milk and chives. Season with salt and pepper.

    Heat the fat in a frying pan and add the eggs, stirring slowly. Serve on buttered wholemeal bread.
