Drain the peppers in a sieve, then cut them into wide strips or halve them. Slice Parmesan cheese thinly. Clean and wash the rocket and let it drain well. Spread sandwich slices thinly with tartar sauce.
Cover 4 slices with one slice of cooked ham each (if possible not over the edge). Spread parmesan, paprika and rocket on the 4 slices, then cover with a 2nd slice. Roast / grill the sandwiches in the Sandwich Maker for 3-4 minutes.
Let the sandwiches cool down briefly, then cut them into 3 wide strips.
