Salmon tartare

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Fresh cream
  • 3 TSP grainy mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g Smoked salmon in thick slices
  • 2 TEASPOONS Capers (from the glass)
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 discs Toast
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs for garnishing

Directions

    Mix crème fraîche and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut salmon into small cubes and mix with capers. Peel and chop the onion.

    Cut toast bread diagonally, cover with salad and spread with mustard cream. Spread salmon tartar and onions on top. Quarter the eggs. Garnish slices of bread with it
