Ingredients

  • 200 g smoked salmon in slices
  • 1 small onion
  • 400 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 8-10 Tbsp Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and trout caviar

Directions

    Cut 2/3 salmon into coarse strips. Finely dice the rest of the salmon. Peel onion and chop finely. Stir cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in salmon strips. Puree everything finely. Fold in salmon cubes and onion.

    Season to taste with pepper and lemon juice. Possibly garnish with dill and trout caviar.
