Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 8 Hot dog buns (approx. 60 g each)
  • 8 small knack sausages (à approx. 40 g)
  • 300 g Cucumber
  • 8 small tomatoes
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 6 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Roasted onions

Directions

    Cut the bread roll in half lengthwise once, but do not cut through completely. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 6-8 minutes. Heat the sausages in hot, non-boiling water for approx. 5 minutes. Wash and clean the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Wash and clean the tomato and also cut into slices.

    Drain the sausages. Cover rolls with cucumber and tomato slices. Place sausages on top. Spread ketchup and mustard on top. Sprinkle with fried onions and serve immediately
