Flatbread Pizza Ham Salami

Ingredients

  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 150 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Gouda (play)
  • 75 g cooked ham in thin slices
  • 1 small onion
  • 8–12 Pepperoni (jar)
  • 2 (200 g each) Mini flat breads
  • 1 package (370 g) chunky tomatoes with herbs
  • 75 g Paprika salami in thin slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preheat the oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4). Peel the garlic and press it into the sour cream with the garlic press. Stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Grate cheese. Quarter ham slices. Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Drain the pepperoni. Cut 4 pepperoni into rings.

    Cut flat breads in half horizontally. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread with tomatoes. Spread ham, salami, pepperoni rings and onion on top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in a hot oven for 10-12 minutes.

    Remove the flatbread pizzas and garnish with the remaining pepperoni and marjoram. Add garlic cream.
