Ingredients

  • 300 g Flour
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150-200 ml Beer (Pils)

Directions

    Put the flour in a bowl. Stir in eggs, salt, 250 ml water and 150 ml beer. Let the dough stand for 5 minutes. If necessary, stir in the remaining beer. Spit the ingredients prepared for frying with fondue forks, dip into the dough, drain and fry in hot fat until golden brown.
