Bagel with fine salmon cream

Ingredients

  • 2 stem(s) Dill
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Real salmon cream (from the tube
  • 7-10 Tbsp )
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 1/2 TEASPOON grated horseradish
  • 7-10 Tbsp (out of glass)
  • 4 Bagel with sesame (American rolls; alternatively sesame rolls)
  • 4 Salad leaves
  • 4 discs (40 g each) smoked salmon

Directions

    Wash the dill and chop finely. Peel onion and chop finely. Mix cream cheese, dill, onion and salmon cream until smooth. Season with pepper, lemon juice and horseradish. Cut the bagel open.

    Wash the salad and dab dry. Cover the lower half of the roll with a slice of salmon and a salad leaf. Spread cream on top. Place the lid of the roll on top. Add caviar as desired.
