Preheat oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2). Bring a good 1/4 l salted water to the boil. Clean and wash broccoli and divide into florets. Peel thick stalks and cut into coarse cubes
Steam broccoli covered in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Bake the pies in a hot oven for 8-10 minutes. Peel onion, dice finely and sauté in hot fat
Dust with flour, sweat it on. Stir in milk, 1/4 l water and stock, bring to the boil. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Drain broccoli. Rinse crabs, drain. Add both to the sauce
Finely chop the salmon, fold in. Season with salt, pepper and lemon. Put the pies on plates and fill generously with sauce. Garnish with lemon and dill
