Queen pate with broccoli and crab ragout

Ingredients

  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 package (100 g; 4 pieces) Queen pies
  • 1 Onion
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 30 g Flour
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g Deep-sea crab meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and lemon slice

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, drain and drain. In the meantime, place the pies on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Heat up in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 8 minutes. Peel and finely dice the onion.

    Heat the fat in a saucepan. Sauté onion in it. Add flour and sauté. Deglaze with stock and milk while stirring. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cut salmon into strips. Rinse and drain the crabs. Add broccoli, salmon and prawns to the sauce and warm up again. Pour into the pies.
