Quick baked potato with quark & prawns

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (400 g; 2 pieces) pre-cooked baked potatoes
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 250 g Edible quark (40 % fat)
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 150 g North Sea crab meat

Directions

    Prepare the potatoes according to the instructions on the packet. For the quark, clean, wash and chop the radishes. Wash the dill, shake dry and chop finely.

    Mix curd, sour cream, radish and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut the potatoes lengthwise. Serve with dill cream and prawns.
