Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 125 g Mushrooms
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1/2 package (250 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (230 g; 32 cm ø) Roll of pizza dough; rolled out round (from the chiller cabinet)
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 - 425 ml can of artichoke hearts (drained weight 120 g)
  • 30 g Salami
  • 75 g Gruyère cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly 1/2 pot of oregano to decorate

Directions

    Onions peel and cut into eighths. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Fry the onions in hot oil. Add the mushrooms. Fry briefly. Add chunky tomatoes and spices. Stew for 3-5 minutes.

    Allow to cool a little, then pour onto the pizza base. Clean, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the artichoke hearts, also cut in half. Cover pizza with salami, artichoke hearts and cherry tomatoes.

    Grate the cheese and sprinkle on the pizza. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 13 minutes. Garnish with oregano flakes as desired.
