Ingredients

  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 cube (40 g) fresh yeast
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Salt
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 8 Artichoke hearts (from the glass)
  • 1 tin(s) (70 g) Tomato paste
  • 100 g Salami in slices
  • 1 glass (156 g; separation weight: 85 g) black olives
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Italian herbs
  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Knead flour, yeast, salt, oil and about 150 ml of lukewarm water. Form 4 pizza bases, let them rise for 20 minutes. In the meantime, slice the tomatoes and remove the stalk. Cut artichoke hearts in half.

    Spread the pizza bases with tomato puree, cover with all the ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and herbs. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) one after the other 2 pizza bases for about 15 minutes.
