Wash and clean the peppers and cut them into small cubes. Leek onions clean, wash and cut into small pieces. Stir sour cream, egg yolk and flour until smooth. Season with salt and nutmeg. Take Sunday rolls out of the tin and divide into 8 pieces. Form 8 small round flat cakes with floured hands.
Press a hollow into the cakes. Put paprika, spring onion and diced ham in it. Add the sour cream. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Serve still warm
