Mushroom and ham pizza

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pack of (230 g; 32 cm ø) Pizza dough; rolled out round (from the refrigerator)
  • 1 package (370 ml) Tomato al
  • 7-10 Tbsp Gusto with basil
  • 1 glass (580 ml) Mushrooms in slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (125 g) Mozzarella cheese
  • 375 g cooked ham in thin slices
  • 1 potty Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper

Directions

    Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray using the paper. Spread tomato sauce on the bottom. Drain mushrooms well, spread on the tomato sauce and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Bake the pizza in the preheated oven (electric oven: 225°C/ gas: level 4) for 15 minutes on the lowest rack. Drain cheese and cut into slices. After half of the baking time, place the cheese and ham slices on the pizza and bake with it.

    Wash the basil, dab dry and remove the leaves. Sprinkle leaves and coloured pepper on the pizza and serve.
