Salad with schnitzel strips

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Pork escalope
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 Volume/pot of basil
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON mustard, 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g mixed leaf salads (e.g. picking salad, Lollo bianco, Lollo rosso)

Directions

    Wash the escalopes, pat dry and cut into fine strips. Fry in 1 tbsp. hot oil while turning for approx. 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop finely. Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar, add 3 tablespoons of oil. Stir in herbs and onion

    Clean and wash all vegetables. Cut tomatoes into quarters, the rest into thin rings or slices. Clean, wash and shake dry lettuce leaves and pluck smaller if necessary. Mix everything with the vinaigrette and serve with the escalope strips

    If you don't want meat, you can cut the salad

    also serve with diced or grated cheese
