  • 1 Head oak leaf salad
  • 1 Head Frisée Salad
  • 100 g Pine nuts
  • 3 Nectarines
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 1 TEASPOON grainy mustard
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 200 g Cottage cheese

Directions

    Wash salads, dab dry and cut into pieces. Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat, remove and let cool. Wash, halve and stone the nectarines. Cut the flesh into slices.

    Mix orange juice and mustard. Season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper. Gradually add the oil. Mix the prepared ingredients and serve in portions with cottage cheese.
