Soak the toast in cold water. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Peel and finely dice onion. Wash marjoram, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Knead minced meat, tomato paste, paprika, marjoram, onion, mustard, eggs and squeezed bread. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the cheese into 12 equally sized cubes. Grease depressions of a muffin tin (12 depressions). Spread the mince in the 12 wells and press a piece of cheese in the middle of each well. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes. Turn out the muffins from the tin, place them in paper baking cups and arrange them on the table
